First call of the Ukraine Support Instrument within EDIP (USI-IRA). It aims to reinforce Ukrainian defence industrial production capacity and cross-border collaboration between Ukrainian and European companies. Only entities from EU Member States and Ukraine are eligible, with a funding rate of up to 100%. Budget €180 million, maximum €30 million per project. Scope: air-defence missiles and ammunition (including counter-UxS), deep strike, and rockets, (smart) bombs and loitering munitions. Deadline 13 October 2026.
