The second Industrial Reinforcement Action call under EDIP, aimed at industry from EU Member States and Norway seeking to expand defence manufacturing capacity. Two topics: Key Electronic Components (€122.25 million, max €20 million per project) covering guidance and propulsion electronics, RF and laser modules, multispectral cameras, avionics, PCBs and IC substrates, batteries, power electronics and critical semiconductor building blocks; and Platforms and End-products (€152.75 million, max €30 million per project) covering forging and machining, key sub-systems, composites, assembly and integration, Manufacturing as a Service and dual-use industry conversion. Support is a lump sum of up to 35% of eligible costs, rising to 50% where conditions are met. Note: this funds production capacity, not R&D. Deadline 16 February 2027.
