The fifth DUT call opened on 1 September 2026 and closes on 17 November 2026. Companies, local authorities and universities of applied sciences can apply for transnational projects on climate-neutral and resilient cities under three pillars: the 15-Minute City, Circular Urban Economies and Positive Energy Districts. VLAIO has earmarked €1,400,000 for the Flemish share; through PILBO a local authority can co-apply with a Flemish company at 80% support for the authority and 25-70% for the company.
