Annual main call of the Defence-related Research Action programme run by Belgium's Royal Higher Institute for Defence and BELSPO, with an indicative budget of €26 million across ten research themes under the Strategic Defence Plan 2025-2030. Each partnership must include at least one private company and one (public or private non-profit) research institution. The 2026 round closed pre-proposals in February; the call for themes and the 2027 round are the next window to monitor.
