The EU Cancer Mission funds seven topics in 2026 for around €124 million: Virtual Human Twin models, microbiome for early cancer prediction, pragmatic clinical trials on immunotherapy, earlier and more precise palliative care, mental health of young cancer survivors, research capacity building with and for Ukraine, and quality of life for older cancer patients.
