On 1 September 2026 the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre opened a new Digital Europe call worth EUR 96 million. Seven topics: AI-based cybersecurity tools (EUR 15m), AI-powered solutions strengthening the cyber resilience of European SMEs (EUR 20m), coordinated preparedness testing (EUR 15m), Regional Cable Hubs for undersea cable infrastructure (EUR 5m), reinforcing the NCC network (EUR 11m), implementing the CRA, NIS2, DORA and the AI Act (EUR 20m), and dual-use technologies bridging civil and defence applications (EUR 10m). Deadline 14 January 2027, 17:00 CET.
